Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on e999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and approved local payment methods including bKash and Nagad are available. Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to your account within a few minutes; however, if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team. For withdrawals, account verification is mandatory and identity documents provided at registration may be required. If fraudulent transactions or money laundering are suspected, e999 reserves the right to hold and investigate the relevant transactions.
